Jeff Dingman was appointed City Administrator in July, 2003. Prior to appointment, he served four years as Assistant County Administrator for Sebastian County, Arkansas and two years as an aide in the city manager's office in University Park, Texas.
Jeff received a bachelor's degree from Baker University in 1994, and both a master's degree in public administration and a law degree from the University of Kansas in 1998. Jeff and Janel have three daughters.
The City Administrator is appointed by the City Council & Mayor to manage the daily operations of the City, recommend an annual budget for approval, and serve as a liaison between the public and the governing body.
