Darcy Higgins

Darcy Higgins has just recently started with the City of Baldwin City. She formerly worked for Sprint in the Kansas City Area. Darcy received a Bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State University in 1996. She and her husband, Aaron, moved to Baldwin City in 2002 and have two daughters.
The City Clerk is responsible for managing city hall staff, records management, human resources, and the city's fiscal accountability.
