Yard Refuse Burn Permits
Burn permits are required for burning residential yard refuse.
Burn permit applications may be obtained at the Public Works Office, City Hall, or by using the pdf link located at the bottom of this page.
Return a completed permit application to Baldwin City Hall located at 803 8th Street between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- All burning shall comply with provisions of the Baldwin City Code.
