Neighborhood Revitalization Program

The Neighborhood Revitalization Program is intended to promote the rehabilitation, conservation and/or redevelopment of the designated Neighborhood Revitalization Area within the City of Baldwin City in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the city. A tax rebate incentive based on the incremental increase of qualified improvements will be available to property owners in the designated Area.
